Mission log
The whole archive as one list — what is playable now, what is written up, and what is still on the manifest. Finish a run, come back here, pick the next one.
Why a log and not a menu screenEvery entry here is a single self-contained file. Nothing phones home, nothing is tracked, and nothing needs a build step — so the list can keep growing without the site ever getting heavier.

Playable things
Built as single self-contained files — no build step, no dependencies, no analytics. Open one and it just runs.

Work, written up
Each entry is a case study: the problem, how I approached it, and every artifact that came out the other end.
About
Zachary Geller
Fifteen years of work — arranged as a star system you can fly through.
Things I have built: a résumé you can actually play, the decks and frameworks I use at work, and whatever is on the bench right now.
SHIFT HANDOVER · POSITION: FLIGHT —
Systems running
I lead White Glove Executive IT Support at RTX, under Business Systems & Transformation — on console since 2023. The short version: a concierge doctor, but for IT. On call around the clock for the CEO and the executive team, and for the meetings and events where nothing is allowed to fail.
Second system, running in parallel: being the glue — strategy, transformation, innovation, safety and trust — as an ambassador for the broader Execucare team across the world. The objective is global decision velocity, and the measure of it working is that nobody notices it happening.
Open items
Things get built here when a process is quietly eating everyone's week and it looks fixable. Currently open: executive-support tooling, training programs, an AI adoption framework, and one résumé rebuilt as a space game — that last one opened purely to find out whether it could be closed.
The manifest on the Mission Log is the real list, including the slots that are still empty. Nothing on it is marked done that is not done.
Watch items
The work that matters most is the work that is invisible when it goes right, which means it is only ever measured on the day it goes wrong. Plan for the day it goes wrong. Everything in the Portfolio is an attempt to make a failure mode somebody else's routine instead of my emergency.
Notes for your shift
Launch Bay has the playable builds. Portfolio has the work written up with notes on how it came together. Every entry is one self-contained file, so if something here breaks you can read the whole program top to bottom and see why. The console is yours.

Her Majesty's throne room
Ms. Lil Buddy holds court over four positions on one wall. The gate stays sealed until she’s on the air; the feed is private and opens in its own tab — no player ever loads onto this page.
The stream is private, so entering opens a YouTube sign‑in in a new tab; crew get in, crawlers don’t. Nothing third‑party ever loads onto this page.
