There are no standard kits, zero spend visibility, and ~12% of orders are redundant duplicates.
The Solution: TechBag IQ transforms peripheral management into a self-service storefront (employees browse kits, build custom, submit requests) paired with an admin command center (IT triages requests, manages people, configures templates, analyzes spend). It also doubles as the single place to capture the notes and details that used to get lost — a running record of who asked for what, when, and why.
